1. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Whittington Cars LTD.

• Passengers are responsible for providing accurate information when booking.

• Payment terms and conditions will be confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Safety Regulations

• Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times during the journey.

• Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by the driver.

• Distracting the driver or interfering with the safe operation of the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

3. Behaviour and Conduct

• Passengers must conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner.

• The use of abusive language, threats, or harassment towards the driver or other passengers will not be tolerated.

4. Prohibited Items

• Hazardous or prohibited items, including but not limited to explosives, firearms, or flammable materials, are strictly forbidden.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation policies will be outlined clearly at the time of booking.

• Refunds will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy.

6. Liability

• Whittington Cars LTD will not be held liable for any loss, delay, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Data Protection

• Passenger data will be handled securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our internal policies.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

9. Transport for London (TfL) Compliance

• Whittington Cars LTD is a licensed Private Hire Operator with Transport for London (TfL).

• All drivers and vehicles are licensed by TfL and meet required safety and operating standards.

• All bookings must be made directly through Whittington Cars LTD and not with drivers in the vehicle.
